Cleanliness needs serious improvement!!! The shower height is unsuitable for average adults, water pressure is frustratingly low. Noise from emergency services disrupts any chance for rest. A refund policy that ignores guest emergencies needs rethinking!!!

The bed was satisfactory, and the parking lot was well-lit, which provided some comfort. Unfortunately, the room itself was damp with a moldy smell that made it hard to breathe, and I was unable to get a decent night's sleep. The old air conditioner had an unpleasant odor, adding to the discomfort. The overall condition of the room left much to be desired.

I was shocked how clean the beds were! Felt like I could jump right in and sleep like a baby! The air conditioning worked perfectly, kept me cool all night.
